Peer Coaching: The Power of Curious & Intentional Conversations Online
In organizations, one resource that is potentially powerful and mostly underused is our peers. What could change for us and our teams if we relied more on our peer networks for learning and support? Peer coaching is a framework and process that can be leveraged by in-tact or fluid teams, and across people in organizations.
In this interactive workshop, you will have the opportunity to coach and be coached and develop skills for holding curious and intentional conversations that will deepen awareness, unlock insight, and foster a learning culture.
This workshop is aimed at library staff in any kind of library, at any career level. Registrants will be asked to watch a short video prior to the workshop.
